We as the promoter of the show exercise no control over the vendors at the show. Each vendor is an independent contractor. Each vendor/contractor is solely responsible for any product(s) sold, previously sold to their customer(s), and any warranty, discount(s) or customer return(s) of product(s). Each vendor/contractor is bound by local, state, and federal laws. All vendors are bound to adhere to all registration and licensing laws by each software and hardware company.
